About the Role

This position involves performing cleaning and maintenance duties in commercial, residential, or industrial facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Employees may work as part of a team or independently to handle various cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Maintain inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies
• Ensure compliance with facility maintenance standards

Working Conditions

• Work in office and facility environments
• May require coverage outside standard hours

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift cleaning equipment and supplies
• Work standing or walking for extended periods

Requirements

• MRPT Clearance required
• High school diploma required
• 1–4 years of custodial supervisory experience
