Responsibilities
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors by vacuuming and buffing, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, emptying trash receptacles, and replacing lining of trash cans.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
- Tend and perform routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs.
- Clean snow or debris from sidewalks.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure no hazards are created.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role a plus.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Schedule
Part Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Pay
$15.16 per hour.
