Custodian- AM Shift

About the role

This position is responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas, including offices, pool decks, parking lots, breakrooms, storage locations, and restrooms. Additional responsibilities include the cleaning of the sales center and other sales areas. This position will perform thorough cleaning of all common areas, to include trash removal, removal of towels from the pool decks, organizing and cleaning of pool chairs as well as restocking of supplies to restrooms according to the standards and expectations of the resort. Additional responsibilities include reporting lost & found, assisting with directing guests to amenities and projects of all sorts for maintaining the resort's cleanliness and quality expectations, assisting in stocking all linen closets, and delivering villa inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of restrooms and breakrooms.
• Perform cleaning and trash/recycling removal of all common areas and office areas.
• Remove pool towels from pool areas.
• Organize and clean pool chairs.
• Perform exterior and interior cleaning of offices and common areas.
• Pressure wash buildings and common areas; conduct basic facility inspections for deficiencies and debris.
• Stock linen closets.
• Deliver villa inventory.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks.
• Ability to be self‑directed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Meet company motor vehicle report guidelines.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in team cleaning concepts is a plus.
