Custodian Full time-AM Shift

About the role

This position is responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas, including offices, pool decks, parking lots, breakrooms, storage locations, and restrooms. Additional responsibilities include the cleaning of the sales center and other sales areas, reporting lost & found, assisting with directing guests to amenities, and projects for maintaining the resort's cleanliness and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of restrooms and breakrooms.
• Remove trash and recycling from all common areas and office areas.
• Remove pool towels from pool areas and organize/clean pool chairs.
• Restock supplies in restrooms according to resort standards.
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of offices and common areas.
• Pressure wash buildings and common areas.
• Conduct basic facility inspections for deficiencies and debris.
• Stock linen closets and deliver villa inventory.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in Team Cleaning concepts is a plus.
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
• Self-directed and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, 1 year of driving experience, and meet company motor vehicle report guidelines.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Schedule

Shift hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with two days off during the week.
