Schedule
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift, with a $0.25 per hour shift differential
- Hours may vary due to school activities, summer work, or inclement weather
- Overtime may be required
About the Role
Perform general cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds; maintain equipment in functional condition; and provide cleaning and custodial assistance to students, teachers, visitors, and others as necessary. Perform related duties and general maintenance work as required.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cleaning and related custodial duties is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, machines, and equipment such as floor machines and vacuums
- Must be able to lift, pull, or push 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally (a 50-pound lift test will be required)
- Must be able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and the general public
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
