About the role
Clean rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas. Perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, stripping, and polishing using light and heavy duty equipment. Maintain and operate industrial equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc. Perform routine maintenance on equipment. Clean, disinfect, and deodorize toilet facilities. Dust, clean, and empty trash from assigned areas. Move heavy furniture and use ladders and scaffolds. Must have the ability to follow instructions, use cleaning solvents, tools, and equipment, keep work areas clean, communicate effectively, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Conditions of employment: Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required. One-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactory completion of E-Verify, medical examination, and Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card. Varies shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
