Custodial Technician

• Sweep, mop and buff floors in offices, hallways, sidewalks, entrances, porches and other facilities.
• Clean kitchen areas and eating areas including appliances.
• Respond and clean spills, broken items, etc.
• Inspect grounds surrounding building and pick up trash.
• Participate in the setup for events, meetings, and office relocations.

Ensure all work is done according to standard practices, design specifications, and Town and local building codes; ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
