Custodial Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Custodial Technician to support our Facilities Management team at our corporate office in Carthage, MO. In this on-site role, you will help ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives by performing essential building cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of building facility cleaning tasks
• Conduct all sanitizing and disinfecting of high touch points daily
• Follow verbal and written instructions and work independently
• Walk corporate building routes
• Perform partial security duties
• Occasional holidays, weekends, and phone coverage may be required

Requirements

• High School/GED or equivalent vocational training
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Requires a lot of walking, carrying, bending, lifting, and must have ability to lift 25-pound boxes

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
