About the role
The role involves overseeing custodial staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, and implementing cleaning schedules.
Responsibilities
- Oversee custodial staff to ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all assigned areas.
- Implement and enforce cleaning procedures and policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in training new custodial staff as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and safety protocols.
- Experience with cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay
