Custodial Specialist

Responsibilities

• Sweeping – keeping floors clean and presentable.
• Mopping – making sure floors shine like new.
• Dusting – removing dust and maintaining a tidy environment.
• Vacuuming – ensuring carpets are spotless.
• Bathroom & kitchen cleaning – keeping these areas in top condition.
• Trash & recycling management – efficiently handling waste disposal.

Requirements

• Positive work history – a track record of reliability and dedication.
• Meticulous attention to detail – ability to spot even the tiniest speck of dust.
• Customer service skills – a friendly and helpful attitude toward customers.
• Exceptional communication – effective verbal and written skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical capability – ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a drug test and background check.

Pay
