Maintain Collateral Files and Mortgage Loan Documents
Maintains collateral files and mortgage loan documents in support of the Wealth Management & Investment Services business line.
Receives and prepares incoming materials for input into inventory, including receiving and shipping files/packages between various locations and verifying the quantity and condition of materials.
Maintains orderly and accurate record of all files and related documents in Terminal Digit order.
- Locates requested documents and files to meet a deadline, and accommodates rushed and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintains and completes inventories as needed, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Researches file or document activity as needed.
- Makes new labels for files and attaches to files or matches new file folders with labels to files.
- Re-files all documents in a timely manner, including inserting loose documents into corresponding files already shelved.
- Processes loan documents that are coming in or out for an acquisition or sale.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of related experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 20 lbs or more
- Standing for long periods
- Able to bend or squat
- Willingness to climb stepladders up to 10 feet high
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Good understanding of general office procedures and clerical skills
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and other office equipment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
