About the role
This position is responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas, including offices, pool decks, parking lots, breakrooms, storage locations, and restrooms. Additional responsibilities include the cleaning of the sales center and other sales areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning/sanitizing/stocking of restrooms and breakrooms.
- Perform cleaning; trash/recycling removal of all common areas and office areas.
- Removal of pool towels from pool areas.
- Perform cleaning of exterior and interior cleaning of offices and common area.
- Pressure washing of buildings and common areas, and basic facility inspections for deficiencies and debris.
- Stocking linen closets.
- Delivering villa inventory.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in Team Cleaning concepts is a plus.
Essential Duties And Tasks
- Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above.
- Ability to be self-directed.
- Skill in attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, 1 year of driving experience and meet company motor vehicle report guidelines.
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in Team Cleaning concepts is a plus.
