Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the GTM Enablement curriculum strategy for key sales roles
- Translate commercial priorities into structured learning paths for sales teams and managers
- Collaborate with leadership to identify curriculum investments based on impact and seller needs
- Establish scalable curriculum standards across regions and segments
- Design engaging training experiences using various formats like eLearning, workshops, and certifications
- Apply instructional design principles to enhance learning applicability and retention
- Lead and mentor Learning Experience Design contractors to ensure quality output and relevancy
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of curriculum design experience for sales/customer-facing roles
- Proven track record in creating diverse learning materials such as eLearning and training simulations
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and collaboration across different teams
- Comfort with data analysis to assess program success and implement improvements
