About the role
The Curriculum Design and Development Specialist creates and manages engaging learning programs, both online and instructor-led, by partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop solutions that improve employee performance and support business objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning programs and training materials (virtual, instructor-led, and eLearning).
- Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and create effective learning solutions.
- Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop online learning content using course authoring tools and learning technologies.
- Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Continuously improve training content to support employee performance and business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design.
- Experience creating and delivering training materials and learning programs.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Pay
The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
