About the role
The Portfolio Manager at Interclypse leads our Intelligence Community, Enterprise & Special Programs Portfolio and reports directly to the Interclypse President. Our customers span across Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland metropolitan areas, and multiple sectors including cybersecurity, healthcare, defense, and Intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with current and potential customers and business partners
- Engage employees to exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement a portfolio strategy while building and maintaining a high-performance team
- Lead portfolio business development activities and engage the Interclypse business development team to identify, capture, and win profitable business opportunities
- Increase employee base by growing organically and promoting Interclypse employees on existing programs
- Cultivate technical and leadership talent to enable business growth
- Work closely with other portfolio managers, the president, and functional support personnel
- Collaborate across the company to contribute to portfolio and Interclypse success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of increasing business operations responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a growth strategy and associated execution activities
- Strong track record of organizational leadership and business management, including strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish a stable working relationship with customers, technical staff, managers, and peers, to gain internal support and consensus
- Ability to lead business development activities and collaborate with other business development personnel to build existing and new business within current customers as well as adjacent markets
- Motivate employees, ensure engagement, and possess outstanding verbal and written communications skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
Pay
Base salary range provided is not adjusted for geographic differences associated with where the work is being performed. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, candidate’s experience and education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations.
Schedule
Local travel is required.
