About the role

The primary responsibility is to operate a curing press to ensure the quality and consistency of the cured products. This includes monitoring equipment performance, adjusting settings as necessary, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate curing presses to produce high-quality cured products
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor
