As a Printing Press Operator on the team, you will be responsible for incoming printing jobs, determining the best way to go about printing them, and setting up the machines, equipment, and systems to make it happen. You may also have to troubleshoot small issues or problems with the machines and equipment, do routine maintenance, and assist others on the team to ensure a job gets completed on time. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest or previous experience with graphic design, works well within a team environment, and has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Evaluate incoming printing piecesSet up and break down printing equipment based on manufacturer specifications and guidelinesPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with the equipmentWork closely with the rest of the team to ensure everyone is on the same page, and work is getting done in a timely mannerMaintain a clean, safe work environment at all times Qualifications Previous experience with a printing press is REQUIREDStrong problem-solving skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsThe ability to work well within a team environmentExperience using HP Latex R2000
