Cultivation Technician

About the role

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for overseeing the cultivation process in a controlled environment. This includes monitoring plant health, managing pests and diseases, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal growing conditions for plants
• Monitor and record plant growth and health data
• Implement pest and disease management strategies
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize crop yields

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in agriculture or horticulture
• Knowledge of greenhouse management and crop production techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
• Experience with greenhouse equipment and tools

Skills

• Strong knowledge of plant biology and physiology
• Proficient in using agricultural software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
