About the role
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for overseeing the cultivation process in a controlled environment. This includes monitoring plant health, managing pests and diseases, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal growing conditions for plants
- Monitor and record plant growth and health data
- Implement pest and disease management strategies
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize crop yields
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in agriculture or horticulture
- Knowledge of greenhouse management and crop production techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
- Experience with greenhouse equipment and tools
Skills
- Strong knowledge of plant biology and physiology
- Proficient in using agricultural software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
