About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Process orders and manage inventory
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis industry benefits an advantage
