About the role
The Culinary Supervisor at Hotel Bardo Savannah supports daily kitchen operations and ensures the consistent execution of culinary standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining organization in the kitchen, supporting team leadership, and ensuring quality and efficiency during food preparation and service.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional kitchen experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and sanitation standards
- Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary training or degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
