About the role

As a Culinary Supervisor, you will oversee the kitchen staff, manage food preparation processes, and ensure that all meals meet high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Experience managing a team of kitchen staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid Food Handlers Permit.

Pay

Schedule
