Fairways of Ironhorse senior Living is seeking an experienced Culinary Services Director to lead our dining operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) dining programs, managing kitchen and service staff, and planning and executing special events.

• Oversee daily food production and kitchen operations
• Manage and schedule FOH and BOH staff
• Show creativity in meal creation
• Build positive relationships with residents
