Culinary Services Director

Fairways of Ironhorse senior Living is seeking an experienced Culinary Services Director to lead our dining operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) dining programs, managing kitchen and service staff, and planning and executing various events such as the restaurant-style dining program, ancillary pub and coffee shop, specialty events, and catering services. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be adept at creating meals, and demonstrate creativity in the kitchen.

• Oversee daily food production and kitchen staff management.

• Manage service staff and schedule both FOH and BOH operations.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.

• Show creativity in meal creation and event planning.

Qualifications

Requirements for this position include:
