Culinary Services Coordinator
About the role
The Culinary Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a total quality dining experience for our residents. This includes a thorough understanding of our menu and daily specials, proper serving guidelines, cleanliness expectations, and special diets. They ensure an efficient workflow for our waitstaff and promote a culture of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation.
- Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values in their daily work and interactions with others.
Requirements
- Previous experience in both restaurant and/or senior living is highly desired.
- Supervisory experience is highly desired.
- Provides a high level of customer service and promotes a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
- Must be able to work well and cooperate with others.
- Able to communicate with empathy and compassion.
- Able to speak in public and articulate ideas clearly.
- Passionate about wellness and life enrichment for older adults.

Schedule
Full-time, Wednesdays through Sundays, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Days off are negotiable, but the above schedule is preferred. Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
