About the Role

The Culinary Service Assistant at The Waterford at Baytown supports dining services in a premier retirement community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

Responsibilities

• Serves residents and guests in the dining room following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation, including clean-up, dishwashing, and setting up/taking down dining areas.
• Prepares and serves snacks, replenishing stock in common area refreshment centers.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards to comply with governmental regulations.
• Adheres to scheduled work activities to ensure effective food service.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (twelve plus years of education).
