PRINCIPLE DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and storing all pots, dishes, and utensils in accordance with all HAACP guidelines and sanitation standards.
- Deliver food and supplies as needed.
- Responsible for general kitchen and floor cleaning.
- Take out trash as necessary.
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef or Dining Room Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- High school diploma or GED - preferred
- Some knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing methods; operating dishwashing equipment and trash compactor - preferred
SCHEDULE
Full Time (40 Hours): Tuesday through Saturday (8:00AM – 4:30PM)
Part Time (16 Hours): Monday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday (4:00PM – 8:00PM)
