Culinary Manager Responsibilities
- Manage a cohesive work culture between FOH, BOH and management team
- Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed in a timely basis
- Manage compliance with all Health and fire regulations
- Achieve company objectives in sales, ticket times, plate presentations, sanitation and proper training of employees
- Recruit and hire exceptional team members
- Ensure equity and equality for all
Qualifications
- Two years restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Work effectively in partnerships
- Enthusiastic leadership attitude
Schedule
Day shifts only
Available to work on Holidays and Weekends
Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits
Supplemental Pay
- 13 performance-based bonus payments

Compensation Range
$45,000 - $60,000 annually with the ability to earn more with bonuses.
