What You’ll Brew
- Follows recipes in order to create food of consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Makes sure prep lists are completed and food is prepared in a timely manner.
- Ensures each station is set up and closed down properly, informs management team of any product shortages prior to start of service, and monitors and tastes products on the line ensuring accuracy and freshness.
- Enforces and adheres to all safety regulations as required by the position and the company’s safety program.
- Enforces and adheres to all sanitation initiatives as required by the position and the company’s sanitation program; ensures that all checklists are completed within prescribed timeframes.
- Provides continual job and process improvement by taking a collaborative, active role in individual and team success.
- Maintains expert knowledge of all kitchen stations and is able to work any area as needed.
- Adapts and makes necessary adjustments to production to ensure smooth kitchen operations each shift.
- Fosters positive working relationships and good communication both within the kitchen team as well as amongst other restaurant teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years culinary experience

Pay
The pay rate for this role if hired is $17.30-$33.17 per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
