Timing: Summer and Fall 2027 (July 2027 – December 2027). Location: Philadelphia Eagles Training Facility – 3501 Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148. Schedule: Full‑time; hours 20 – 40 per week, to be discussed further upon interview.
Overview
The FLIK Culinary Internship Program is a paid, hands‑on experience for culinary students to work in a dynamic kitchen culture. Interns rotate through front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house stations, receive mentorship from culinary leaders, and gain exposure to sustainability, wellness, and “platinum service” standards.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through FOH and BOH stations (e.g., pizza, deli, salad bar, grill, or any BOH prep area) based on location or operational needs.
- Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
- Meet with the team dietitian and review culinary and front‑of‑house standards.
- Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
- Adhere to “platinum service” customer‑service standards.
- Consistently practice safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
- Develop professional relationships and enhance interpersonal skills.
- Contribute individually and as a team member to support Culinary Services and achieve goals assigned by an experienced manager.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree (or a professional culinary program).
- Meet the university’s GPA requirement for the internship.
- Successful completion of sanitation standards training.
- Successful completion of relevant knife‑skills and/or Intro to Culinary coursework.
- Must be available to work 20 – 40 hours per week based on business needs and internship requirements.
- College credit is not required; documentation will be provided if necessary.
Professional Development Opportunities

Pay
$20.00 per hour.
