About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks Culinary Externs to join their talented team. This position offers hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment, fostering connection, celebrating character, and developing craftsmanship.
What You Will Do
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation and daily kitchen tasks.
- Support mise en place and ensure ingredients are prepared according to standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all work areas.
- Follow standard recipes and assist with plating and presentation.
- Adhere to HACCP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
- Support different kitchen sections and assist during events and service periods.
What You Bring
- A strong interest in culinary arts and hospitality.
- Culinary school enrollment or recent graduation is an advantage.
- A willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills.
