The Culinary Externship Program with Colonial Williamsburg Company provides a diverse experience in high quality culinary operations within the Historic Area. Opportunities include la carte, quick service, and special events to develop skills and hone your craft.
Responsibilities
- Prepare seafood and poultry entrees
- Cook meats, broil steaks and seafood
- Assemble entrees
- Maintain sanitation of station
Requirements
Candidates should be enrolled in or recent graduates of a Culinary program.
