About the role
Onsite is a therapeutic retreat center with a 40-year history of healing, located on a 250-acre campus just outside of Nashville. Our mission is to create an emotionally well world through healing hospitality. We are seeking a passionate individual who is eager to help others, show compassion, and contribute to our community.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of setting up and breaking down, and cleaning before, during, and after service
- Directs the culinary support team in their day-to-day duties, focusing on creating a wonderful and hospitable experience
- Greets all clients, visitors, and guests with excellent service and engages in compassionate interactions
- Tracks food usage, logs, and ensures proper food levels across the campus
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service, preferably in high-end settings
- A warm, engaging, and eager personality
Qualifications
- Open to candidates from all backgrounds, experience, and education levels

The Culinary Coordinator works Thursday-Monday from 11:00am-7:30pm.
