About the role
The Culinary Associate will be responsible for the assigned station during their shift. Ensuring that the stations are set with appropriate products and ready for service. Completing any necessary preparation needed to do so.
Responsibilities
- Follows both the written and verbal preparation lists
- Food preparation using the First In First Out system
- Executing food products to the set standard by the Chef
- Ensures that all food and other items are stored properly
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies for service
- Avoids cross-contamination
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and orderly kitchen
- Keeps an inventory of their station’s products
- Performs other kitchen duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work weekends, all holidays, mornings, and nights
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to perform well in a high-volume environment
- Ability to read & write in English
Skills
- Clear verbal communication and customer service skills are essential

$16.00-$20.00, depending upon experience

Expected Hours: 24-28 hours per week, to include weekends, evenings and holidays
