Culinary Assistant General Manager - The Cornice - Employee Housing May Be Available
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- Intro: "Create Your Experience of a Lifetime! Come work and play in the mountains! ..." This is about the role? Could be "About the role". It includes description of company, benefits, etc. Might be considered About the role.
- Then there is a list of benefits: "From day one, you'll receive some of the highest compensation rates in the industry, free pass(es) along with free ski and snowboard lessons, 40% retail discounts, the chance to grow through Epic Service - our leading training and development experience, and wellness benefits to fuel your success." Also later: "Employee Benefits Ski/Mountain Perks! Free passes for employees, employee discounted lift tickets for friends and family AND free ski lessons MORE employee discounts on lodging, food, gear, and mountain shuttles 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program Excellent training and professional development Referral Program". So benefits section.
- Pay: "Starting Wage: Starting at $25.00/h". Also later: "The expected pay range is Starting at $25.00/h." So Pay section.
- Schedule: Not explicitly given, but there is "Shift Type: Full Time hours available". Also "Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first)." That's more about application timeline, not schedule. There's "Open December through April". That's season. Not schedule per se. The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. There's no explicit schedule like "Shifts: ...", but we have "Shift Type: Full Time hours available". That could be considered schedule info. Might include Schedule section with that detail.
- Responsibilities: Listed under "Job Responsibilities" with subpoints.
- Requirements: Listed under "Job Requirements".
- Qualifications: Might be overlapping with Requirements; but we have "Job Specifications" includes Starting Wage, Employment Type, Shift Type, Minimum Age, Housing Availability. Those could be Qualifications? Actually Qualifications often include experience, certifications. But we have Requirements separate. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, etc. We need to decide what to put where. The posting has "Job Specifications" (starting wage, employment type, shift type, minimum age, housing availability). Could be considered Qualifications? Or maybe we treat that as "Qualifications". Also there is "Preferred Traits" which could be Skills.
We must not invent sections; only include if posting has real specific content. So we need to map content to headings.
Let's extract:
About the role: The introductory paragraph(s) describing the company, mission, benefits overview. Could be used.
Responsibilities: The bullet list under "Job Responsibilities".
Requirements: The bullet list under "Job Requirements".
Qualifications: Could be "Job Specifications" (starting wage, employment type, shift type, minimum age, housing availability). But those are more like job details rather than qualifications. However we have no other qualifications section. The instruction says to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Job Specifications into Qualifications or maybe into About the role. But we need to include sections only if they have real specific content. We could include Qualifications with the specs: Starting Wage, Employment Type, Shift Type, Minimum Age, Housing Availability. That seems specific.
Skills: Could be "Preferred Traits" which are skills/attributes. Also maybe "Ability to lead a kitchen team..." etc are in Requirements. But we could put Preferred Traits under Skills.
Benefits: Already have.
Pay: Already have.
Schedule: Could include Shift Type and maybe hours? The posting says "Shift Type: Full Time hours available". Also "Open December through April". That's season, not schedule. Could include schedule info: Full Time hours available, seasonal Dec-Apr. We'll include Schedule.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can drop them or put in short p.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:
