As a CTSS Behavioral Health Practitioner you will work in our CTSS (Children's Therapeutic Support Services) program. Behavioral Health Practitioners provide community-based rehabilitative services to children/adolescents, and/or their families depending on the interest areas and experiences of applicants. Location: 1811 Weir Drive, Suite 270, Woodbury, MN 55125. Working Model: Onsite. Employee Type: 0.5 FTE - 1.0 FTE - Part Time or Full Time.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or their families (if working with children) in the home, community, and/or school.
- Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals.
- Design and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of client needs.
- Receive clinical supervision from a qualified staff and obtain continuing education units.
