• Makes sure all CTR staff follow the right rules and steps.
• Looks at how many people are getting tested and helps connect those who test positive to doctors.
• Does HIV tests at the clinic and in the community.
• Talks to doctors, nurses, and other helpers to make sure everyone is doing their job right.
• Gathers information about patients and puts it in a computer system.
• Helps people get ready for their doctor visits and makes sure they know what to expect.
• Works with other helpers to make sure everyone is working together to help patients.
• Does small blood tests if they have the right skills.
• Follows the rules that keep patients safe and happy.
• Does extra things that help the clinic reach its goals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is needed.
• HIV Testing and Counseling Certification is helpful but not always needed.
