CT Technologist Coordinator

About the role

The CT Coordinator will oversee the operations of the CT departments across all campuses in the TN/GA market. Responsibilities include directing patient throughput, monitoring patient charges for accuracy, providing coverage during lunch hours and in times of need, and coordinating the orientation of all new staff.

Requirements

- High School graduate or equivalent - Graduate of accredited school of radiologic technology - Prefer 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role - Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience as a staff CT technologist - Must be registered by the ARRT in radiology and CT - AHA BLS

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to multitask effectively - Credibility with physicians - Demonstrated ability to teach and negotiate with multiple disciplines - Working knowledge of PACS, managed care, and reimbursement methodologies - Understanding of disease processes
