CT Tech Coordinator

About the role

As a CT Tech Coordinator at MercyOne Genesis, you will independently perform computed tomography (CT) exams and procedures under the medical direction of the radiologist in a highly technical and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform computed tomography (CT) exams and procedures under the medical direction of the radiologist.
• Work within the MercyOne Health System, which includes a 17-county bi-state region of the Quad Cities and surrounding communities.
• Earn recognition for being in the top 1 percent in the nation for patient safety.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB).
• Previous 2-year CT experience preferred.
• CT credential (ARRT or NMTCB) required.
• Maintains active registry status.
• Maintains current state of employment Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
• Maintains Basic Life Support qualification.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
