CTM (FSP)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a CTM (FSP) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee clinical trial management for low to moderate complexity studies within a fast-paced, regulated research environment. You will partner closely with project managers, clinical teams, and study sites to keep timelines, metrics, and deliverables on track. The position also calls for strong leadership across study start-up, regulatory coordination, and day-to-day operational execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations and quality for low to moderate complexity studies
• Develop clinical tools and contribute to clinical documentation
• Collaborate with project managers and clinical teams to meet project deliverables
• Monitor clinical activity timelines and metrics to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Communicate with study sites regarding protocol and study-related issues
• Coordinate start-up activities and ensure regulatory submissions are timely
• Manage clinical resources and delegate responsibilities effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or related roles
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Proficient in clinical monitoring practices and regulations, including ICH/GCP and FDA requirements
• Prior experience in CNS/Neurology clinical trials required
