Location: Research Triangle Park (RTP) / Morrisville / Raleigh area (candidates local to RDU would be hybrid). Travel: Approximately 20%.

About the role

A small life science company in North Carolina is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of CTM experience, strong Phase 3 study experience, and a background supporting study start‑up. Candidates should be comfortable managing both start‑up and active study execution, and be able to start quickly.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager (ideally on the sponsor side)
• Strong Phase 3 clinical trial experience, especially with study start‑up and active enrollment
• Prior site management and CRO/vendor management experience
• Ability to travel approximately 20%
• Location: candidates local to the Research Triangle Park/Raleigh area (hybrid work)

Preferred experience

• Respiratory or pediatric study experience

• Site management (approximately 80% of role)
• CRO management (approximately 20% of role)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
