About the Role
As a UX Lead - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences by leading the design and enhancement of products, systems, and services. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver impactful results, guiding teams through complex challenges and fostering innovative solutions. Your strategic vision and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in crafting engaging narratives that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leading user experience design initiatives to enhance product interaction and satisfaction
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of user-centered design projects li>Utilizing skills in human-computer interaction and user interface prototyping to develop innovative design solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of usability testing and heuristic evaluations to optimize user experience
- Promoting the use of emerging technologies and design practices across user experience teams
- Validating data integrity and compliance within design frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for improving customer experience and driving product innovation
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
