CTIO - UX Lead - Senior Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead user experience design initiatives to enhance product interaction and satisfaction
- Guide teams in the strategic planning and execution of user-centered design projects
- Utilize skills in human-computer interaction and user interface prototyping to develop innovative design solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement
- Develop and oversee the deployment of usability testing and heuristic evaluations to optimize user experience
- Promote the use of emerging technologies and design practices across user experience teams
- Validate data integrity and compliance within design frameworks
- Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and driving product innovation
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
