CTIO - UX Lead - Senior Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead user experience design initiatives to enhance product interaction and satisfaction.
- Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of user-centered design projects.
- Utilize human-computer interaction and user interface prototyping to develop innovative design solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and oversee usability testing and heuristic evaluations to optimize user experience.
- Promote emerging technologies and design practices across user experience teams.
- Validate data integrity and compliance within design frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and driving product innovation.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 7 years of experience.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
