CT Technologist - Radiology Diagnostic
About the role
Performs a variety of technical and patient care procedures that require independent judgment utilizing a multi-slice CT scanner. Utilizes power injectors and monitoring equipment. Starts IVs and administers IV, oral, or rectal contrast at the direction of the physician onsite. Provides exemplary customer service. Participates and is engaged in a team framework and maintains a positive approach and attitude. Continues to use their radiology technology experience doing diagnostic X-ray and Fluoroscopy work.

Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program.
- Washington Radiologic Technologist.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography or National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program. Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography or National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
- Preferred Qualifications: 2 years' experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with one-year in a CT Scan department preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of multi-slice CT scanner operation.
- Ability to administer IVs and contrast agents.

- Experience with diagnostic X-ray and Fluoroscopy work.

Pay
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
