Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a CT Technologist/Radiology position in Palmer, AK. The role offers a weekly salary up to $2640.00.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT scans and ensure high-quality imaging results.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure.
  • Maintain and calibrate radiology equipment for optimal performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest radiology techniques and technologies.
  • Provide excellent patient care and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to interpret imaging results accurately.
  • Avoid compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Analyze and report on imaging data to support clinical decisions.
  • Document patient information and imaging results in the system.
  • Manage patient scheduling and workflow to optimize efficiency.
  • Absorb assistance in training new staff and sharing best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvement strategies.

Requirements

  • ARRT Rad Tech and ARRT CT Tech certifications.
  • Experience with X-Ray and CT exams for outpatients, ED, and inpatients.
  • Experience with surgery and trauma cases in CT.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience.
  • Experience scrubbing in any color except camouflage.
  • Experience with EMR systems, specifically Cerner.
  • Travelers must be more than 50 miles from the facility.

  • Absorb assistance in training new staff and sharing best practices.
  • Participate actively in team meetings for performance improvement.
