CT Technologist PRN
Job Summary
The CT Technologist PRN at HCA HealthONE Centennial is responsible for using computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patients' internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. Key responsibilities include accurately interpreting physician's scanning instructions, administering contrast materials, preparing and operating CT scan equipment, and positioning patients to capture appropriate images.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 24-month AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology - Certified by ARRT
- ARRT(RT)(CT) required and CE compliance
- Current BLS certification required
- 1 year diagnostic experience required
- CT experience preferred
- Solid to expert knowledge of all CT procedures
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (ARRT-CT)
- Computed Tomography (ARRT-R) Radiography Associate Degree/Certificate
- No travel required
