Role Overview
A CT Technologist collaborates with radiologists and staff to prepare patients and operate CT equipment for diagnostic imaging.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients
- Operate CT scanners safely
- Adapt procedures for patient needs
- Maintain accurate records
- Support a patient-centered environment aligned with safety principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduation from an accredited Radiology program
- ARRT certification in CT
- Preferred: associate degree
- Preferred: one year of CT experience
