About the role

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to operate computed tomography (CT) equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images used to evaluate a variety of medical conditions.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)) required
  • ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification required
  • Advanced CT certification required in Oregon and Hawaii; preferred in California
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
  • Fluoroscopy license preferred where applicable
  • Venipuncture certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures, PACS, and patient care practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform computed tomography (CT), general radiography, and fluoroscopy procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout imaging procedures.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images, including sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
  • Utilize PACS and teleradiology systems to accurately transfer and manage medical images.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and billing information.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance, quality checks, and calibration of CT equipment.
  • Maintain imaging supplies and manage inventory as needed.
  • Follow radiation safety guidelines and departmental policies.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
