Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain patient clinical history and review lab values for allergy screening.
- Administer oral and IV contrast media appropriately.
- Operate CT scanners for diverse procedures.
- Capture and process images accurately.
- Cover patient education needs, including explaining procedures.
- Schedule patients efficiently, ensuring timely appointments.
- Monitor and maintain high standards in patient care functions.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School diploma or GED.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Ohio Department of Health Radiologic License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
