CT Technologist - Night Shift, Weekend Option

About the role

We are seeking a CT Technologist responsible for operating computed tomography scanners for various procedures following radiologist directives.

Responsibilities

• Explaining procedures to patients and scheduling appointments
• Obtaining patient clinical history and reviewing lab values
• Screens patients for allergies and administering contrast media
• Operating CT scanners for diverse imaging procedures
• Coinciding workload with other departments
• Monitoring quality and safety in patient care

Qualifications and skills

• A High School diploma or GED
• Registered with ARRT and Ohio Department of Health license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program

Additional information

Night shift, 36 hours weekly, in the CT Scan department. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, requiring a focus on patient care and adherence to protocols. Candidates should be committed to continuous learning and excellence in healthcare.
